From The Nest
A collection of harp music (plus some flute, keyboard and vocals) in various styles. Riding on the Quinault was inspired by a favorite ferry on the Vashon Island - Seattle route. On the car deck, people are often seen dancing to the unusual rhythm created by the beat of waves on the bow and the vibrations of the engine below. Llano is an arrangement of a composition by Alfredo Ortiz, evocative of the plains of Venezuela.
